Your job

Qover is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test, looking forward to being part of an ambitious entrepreneurial journey aiming at disrupting the European insurance market. Someone with a “can-do mentality”, passionate about technology, technically & digitally knowledgeable and that is looking to have fun.

 

By joining our team, you will

       Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for high coverage and efficiency.

       Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle to ensure testability and identify early issues.

       Play a key role in integrating automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

       Proactively identify potential testability issues during code reviews, suggest improvements for better code maintainability, and champion best practices for software quality.

       Foster communication and collaboration on quality initiatives.

       Continuously learn and experiment with new testing tools and frameworks.

       Directly contribute to improved software quality, reduced defects, and faster time-to-market.

 

 

Your Experience

       Bachelor degree in ICT, Computer Science or equivalent in experience

       +3 years of experience in software development, preferably focused on test automation.

       Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines

       Track record of designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks

       Strong expertise in programming languages such as Javascript, Java, C#, etc.) and test automation tools (preferably Jest, Vitest and Playwright).

       You are fluent in English
