Your job
Qover is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test, looking forward to being part of an ambitious entrepreneurial journey aiming at disrupting the European insurance market. Someone with a “can-do mentality”, passionate about technology, technically & digitally knowledgeable and that is looking to have fun.
By joining our team, you will
● Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for high coverage and efficiency.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle to ensure testability and identify early issues.
● Play a key role in integrating automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
● Proactively identify potential testability issues during code reviews, suggest improvements for better code maintainability, and champion best practices for software quality.
● Foster communication and collaboration on quality initiatives.
● Continuously learn and experiment with new testing tools and frameworks.
● Directly contribute to improved software quality, reduced defects, and faster time-to-market.
Your Experience
● Bachelor degree in ICT, Computer Science or equivalent in experience
● +3 years of experience in software development, preferably focused on test automation.
● Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
● Track record of designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks
● Strong expertise in programming languages such as Javascript, Java, C#, etc.) and test automation tools (preferably Jest, Vitest and Playwright).
● You are fluent in English
